360Bounce / Creative marketing & digital solutions

We decide what your brand should stand for, build the campaigns that say it, and measure what they return — with the hiring, cloud and AI work behind them when the plan needs it.

Brand manifesto

People owe brands nothing. Attention has to be earned with a clear idea, made for the places your audience already is, and proven by what happens next. Brands are what that effort adds up to over time.

  • Strategy before spend.
  • Ideas made for real channels.
  • Every claim measured.

Marketing in motion

From a clear brand to measurable growth.

Seven stages of one marketing programme, followed with a sample brand. Scroll to move through them.

  1. 01/ 07

    Brand identity

Decide what the brand stands for before anything is designed: who it is for, what it promises and how it should sound.

The output is a positioning statement, a message hierarchy and an identity system — mark, type, colour and tone of voice — that every later piece is checked against.

  2. 02/ 07

    Visibility

Be present where your buyers already look: in search results, on the platforms they scroll and in the places they pass.

We map where attention actually is for your audience, then plan search, social and out-of-home presence around it instead of spreading budget evenly.

  3. 03/ 07

    Campaign creation

One idea, written down in a sentence, then adapted to every format it has to work in.

A campaign starts with a single proposition. We develop it into headlines, visuals and scripts, and cut it for each channel — so the search ad and the billboard are recognisably the same campaign.

  4. 04/ 07

    Audience reach

Put the work in front of the segments most likely to act, through the channels they use.

Segments are defined by need and behaviour, not just demographics. Targeting, frequency and channel mix are set per segment and adjusted as the first results come in.

  5. 05/ 07

    Engagement

Turn attention into a response: a click, a comment, a sign-up, a question to sales.

Content, community management and email nurture give people a reason to take the next step, and every response is captured so it can be followed up.

    Conversion

Make it easy to say yes: clear landing pages, short forms, fast follow-up.

We track the path from first visit to customer, find where people drop out and test changes to pages, offers and forms. Visuals use illustrative data, not client results.

  7. 07/ 07

    Business growth

Feed what you learn back into the plan, so each cycle starts from better evidence.

Monthly reviews compare results with the targets agreed at the start, move budget toward what works and decide what to test next. Growth comes from that loop, not from one campaign.

Why 360Bounce

Less handoff. More forward.

Most marketing loses momentum between teams: the strategy deck, the agency, the media buyer, the developer, the analyst. We keep the four parts in one plan.

  1. 01

    Strategy

A clear position and plan that every piece of work answers to.

  2. 02

    Creativity

Ideas built for the channels where they will actually run.

  3. 03

    Technology

Sites, tracking and data that make the work measurable.

  4. 04

    Execution

One team that ships, measures and improves without handoffs.

DemonstrationBrand repositioning

Quiet Confidence

A repositioning concept for a professional-services firm that sounds like everyone else in its category.

Objective
Make the firm easy to describe in one sentence, and make that sentence the reason buyers shortlist it.
Creative direction
Restraint as the idea: short, plain-spoken headlines, generous white space and one lime accent, in a category full of stock imagery and buzzwords.
Execution
Positioning workshop and statement, messaging hierarchy, identity refresh, then a launch campaign across the website, search, LinkedIn and sales materials.

DemonstrationLaunch campaign

Open Season

A multi-channel launch concept for a new local service business that needs to be known before it opens.

Objective
Build local awareness before opening day and turn it into first bookings in the opening weeks.
Creative direction
One line, “Open season”, used as a countdown: bold type, a single lime sun motif and the date, repeated consistently so every touchpoint builds the same memory.
Execution
Pre-launch landing page and waitlist, local search and maps listing, paid social with a countdown series, out-of-home near the location, and an email sequence for the waitlist.

DemonstrationGrowth system

Signal to Pipeline

A demand-generation concept that pairs content strategy with predictive lead scoring.

Objective
Turn strong content into qualified sales conversations, and help sales focus on the accounts most likely to buy.
Creative direction
Content that answers the real questions buyers ask at each stage, presented as a clear series rather than one-off posts.
Execution
Stage-mapped content plan, targeted paid distribution, engagement tracking into the CRM and a predictive lead-scoring model reviewed weekly with sales.
